Q: DO WE SELL TO DISTRIBUTORS OR STORES?

Yes we do! We are happy to work with distributors and brick-and-mortar stores and offer special pricing when purchasing to re-sell. Please contact using Contact Us page for more information.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

All in stock items take 3-5 business days to ship, at which time you will receive an email with a tracking number. Any custom orders will take approximately 14 business days to ship, unless otherwise quoted.

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY HOLSTER AFTER ORDERING?

Typically we can only make changes if production has NOT begun. Please reach out to us directly if you have questions or concerns here. The sooner you contact us, the better.

Q: IS THE COVERT AGENT COMFORTABLE WHILE SITTING?

Our staff wears them frequently (even while training) and have no issues completing all daily functions with it and the holsters always stay in place. They have had to stop eating so much cake though . . . .
