We offer a 30-day Return and Exchange policy should you wish to try our products out, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you have 30-days from the day you receive the item's to return for a full item refund or Exchange with no shipping cost.

CANCELING OR RETURNING A CUSTOM ORDER / AN ITEM NOT LISTED ON WEBSITE

We are happy to work with you if a custom order does not fit or you are not happy with it. There will be a 25% fee charged on cancelled orders, based upon the total custom holster price. Please email us directly through the contact page and include your order number and your shipping address. Please also let us know in the message why you are sending it back to us. Our team will work with you to get you a holster that you love. If we cannot make it right, we are happy to offer you a refund.

We DO ship internationally. All of our products are ITAR compliant.

We strive to ship all of our orders in 3-5 business days. Order times may vary for distributors and dealers based upon order size. We ship primarily through USPS and UPS. When an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email. You will receive another email when the order is delivered.
